I’m Cindy Saunders, Certified Executive Coach. I believe leadership can be more than managing responsibilities. I believe leadership can be a force that transforms people, organizations, and futures. That’s the vision that drives my work.

I work with senior leaders and executives ready to move beyond what’s working now and into what’s possible next. They're stepping into larger roles, steering through complexity, or reshaping how they influence and inspire. What Qualifies Me
I bring over two decades of leadership, HR, and operational experience inside both fast-moving companies and large global organizations. I’ve sat at the same complex tables my clients sit at now, navigating the same competing demands. My certifications as an executive coach (WCI-CEC) and in senior/global HR leadership (SPHR, GPHR) give me proven tools, but it’s my ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and focus our work on the insights and actions that create meaningful, lasting shifts in your leadership.
